This agreement builds off of that victory and further reduces ALL class size maximums and averages by 2 over the next three school years. A phase-in approach was agreed to given the lack of time to hire for the upcoming school year. 100 district-identified schools will start reduction 2023-24, and all other schools will follow the The task force shall include eight (8) UTLA appointees, including at lease one (1) academic counselor, PSW, PSA, and School Psychologist, and four (4) LAUSD appointees.
