As part of our historic 6-day strike in January 2019, our bargaining team negotiated a 3% retro salary increase for the 2017-2018* school year and a 3% retro salary increase for the 2018-19* school year.
*Increases will be effective on July 1 of each respective year.
Effective July 1, 2017, all active UTLA represented employees shall receive an ongoing 3% on schedule wage increase applied to all pay scale groups and levels of the base salary tables.
The 2016 table applies only to employees holding regular credentials (i.e. non-emergency, non-interim) and a Bachelor’s degree, or possession of a certain vocational or industrial arts credentials.
