This presentation will give tested strategies on how to empower your Local School Leadership Council, ensuring that it addresses school-wide concerns in a deliberative and democratic manner. During this training, participants will learn how to develop agendas, set up sub committees, and ensure that all stakeholders are authentically represented in your council. NOTE: this presentation is for those who have already been trained in the basics of LSLCs and already have a functioning council.
