This introductory workshop on Zoom will review what the staffing matrix is, how it is created, and how it applies to itinerant educators during the class selection process. This workshop will also cover itinerant-specific considerations, educator rights, key timelines, and how assignment preferences are addressed across multiple sites. NOTE: This is an introductory workshop for UTLA leaders and itinerant educators who need to be trained on the basics of the matrix and class selection process as it applies to itinerant assignments.
