This Zoom training will review what the Shared Use Agreement (SUA) is, how it works, and how UTLA chapters can use it as a tool to build power at their school sites. Participants will learn the purpose of the SUA, the roles of chapter leadership and administration, and how to ensure shared spaces support organizing, communication, and member engagement. This training will also provide practical strategies for using the Shared Use Agreement to strengthen chapter visibility and collaboration at the school site. NOTE: This training is intended for UTLA leaders who want to better understand and utilize the Shared Use Agreement to support chapter work.
