UTLA is teaming up with NEA to improve educator retention. Our six-month fellowship consists of working with new educators, meeting monthly with an ELI coach, and helping to craft a plan focused on educator retention. We’re looking for diverse educators within their first five years who are dedicated to improving the classroom experience. This is the perfect role for educators interested in leadership opportunities.
 
The ELI fellowship kicks off December 9 and 10 and continues through June 2023. Fellows are eligible for a $200 stipend upon completion of the program.
 
Deadline to apply is November 25, however space is limited.
