2025 CFT Convention

UTLA/AFT delegates to be elected January 30 for 2025 CFT Convention

UTLA members will elect delegates at the January 30 AFT 1021 General Membership Meeting to represent the union at the statewide convention of the California Federation of Teachers in San Diego, March 14-16.

At the convention, CFT members from across the state will gather to debate and vote on important resolutions and constitutional amendments. The CFT convention is the most important policy-making body of the federation.

All UTLA members are eligible to be elected delegates to this event; delegates who fulfill their official obligations will receive a stipend to cover a portion of their expenses. Interested members can fill out the coupon below to nominate themselves.

The form must be submitted by January 9.
