Article V-A – Alternate Grievance Procedure, Section 1.0 of the 2014-17 Collective bargaining Agreement. This Alternate Grievance Procedure shall be used solely for resolution of those disputes which have been referred to this Article by the express terms of other articles of this Agreement.
