Think Equal is a globally recognized, research-based social-emotional learning (SEL) program implemented in over 30 countries. It is designed specifically for early childhood learners and focuses on building:
The program integrates evidence-based practices and is designed to be delivered three times per week for 30 minutes throughout the school year.
Participants receive full curriculum materials and leave equipped to immediately begin implementation.
This application serves two distinct purposes:
Trainer-of-Trainers Cohort (Selective)Identify a small group of highly qualified NBC teachers interested in becoming Think Equal trainers for the UTLA salary point class. Selected participants will be required to attend both the FEPL Trainer-of-Trainers Session (July 30–31) and the Think Equal Module Training (August 1). Upon completion, participants will be eligible to serve as trainers and earn applicable salary point hours.
General Participant Training (Open Access)
To identify educators interested in attending the Think Equal Module Training (August 1) and implementing the program in their classrooms.
